Thank you for shopping with Minerva Art. Our products are created with care and intention, and we are proud to offer limited-edition tarot card decks and spiritual tools. Due to the nature of our items, we have a strict refund and return policy as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Our tarot decks are limited-edition collectibles and once opened, they cannot be returned or resold for energetic, hygienic, and quality control reasons.
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns of any opened, used, or unsealed items. Please make your purchase mindfully.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your full name and order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
We will gladly provide a replacement or offer an appropriate resolution. In some cases, we may request that the damaged product be returned to us before a replacement is sent.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us before sending anything back.
